These terms govern your use of Zepzo.lk. By using the site, you agree to them — please read them carefully.

Using Zepzo

Zepzo is a marketplace connecting customers with independent vendors selling gifts and bouquets. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you're entering into a purchase agreement with the vendor fulfilling it, facilitated by Zepzo. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include the vendor's listed price. Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered — card, wallet, or cash on delivery.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates provided by vendors and depend on your location. Zepzo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside a vendor's reasonable control, such as severe weather or courier disruptions.

Cancellations & disputes

Orders can typically be cancelled before a vendor begins preparing them. Once preparation starts, cancellations are handled case by case — use "Report an Issue" on your order to reach our support team, who will work with you and the vendor to resolve it.

Vendor accounts

Vendors are independent sellers, not Zepzo employees. Every vendor application is reviewed before approval, and vendors are expected to accurately describe their products, fulfil orders as listed, and respond to customer issues in good faith. Zepzo may suspend vendor accounts that violate these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with an order. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the order in question.

Limitation of liability

Zepzo facilitates transactions between customers and vendors but is not the manufacturer or seller of record for vendor products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Zepzo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
